Stopped by Refurb Kings to get my phone battery replaced and they gave me an amazing deal. They also sorted out my hard drive at a really fair price. My buddy thought he needed a new charging port, but the tech simply found some lint in there and cleared it out without charging a dime. These guys are genuinely fantastic and honest. It's refreshing to see a business that's so straightforward and kind. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my Samsung A51 charging port replaced after it had been slowly dying for a year. The guy behind the counter took it back to get me a quote. He came out five minutes later, demonstrated it worked again, and told me it had all been caused by lint build-up and the port itself would probably last another year. He didn't charge me a penny. Professional and extremely helpful, especially considering they could have told me it needed to be replaced and I would have believed it. I really appreciate the integrity and assistance!

My 2015 MacBook’s C port had worn out. Refurb Kings replaced it for me and now the port works again. I found this business to be very responsive, and they provided explanations for all the work that they did. They are quick to respond online. When there was a delay due to ordering a part, they contacted me about that. I was also able to speak directly with the technician who performed the work. I would like to add that the store is an attractive place of business and is customer friendly. There are neat display cases of refurbished items, and many are on sale for the holidays. I trust Refurb Kings and will use them again whenever I need help with my devices

Absolutely, LOVE this place!! They replaced my iPhone screen within a hour. Employees are really nice and and screen replacements are affordable compared to other places.

Great Staff, pricing is higher than avg but well worth it if your getting a repair done they make the device look brand new like the day you got it if they can
